Before you report a bug
Restart the app, confirm you have a network connection, and check the leaderboard health endpoint. If Prize Play is unavailable, include a screenshot of the ready screen so we can confirm whether the build exposed that mode.
Support + Service Status
Combat Corridor supports short repeatable runs, a hosted Daily Challenge leaderboard, and build-dependent Prize Play integration. If something breaks, start here first. The support flow below covers score sync, Game Center, Prize Play availability, reinstall steps, and what to send us when a run goes sideways.
Restart the app, confirm you have a network connection, and check the leaderboard health endpoint. If Prize Play is unavailable, include a screenshot of the ready screen so we can confirm whether the build exposed that mode.
If a score does not appear, include the run mode, approximate UTC time, device model, and whether the game showed online scores, temporary local scores, or opened Skillz results fallback.
Send the app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if the UI looked wrong.
Troubleshooting
Check the leaderboard health link above, then reopen the game. If the problem persists, send us the run mode, run date, score, device, app version, and whether the game showed online, temporary local leaderboard mode, or Skillz fallback results.
Make sure Game Center is enabled on the device and that you are signed into the correct Apple account in iOS Settings. If sign-in still fails, restart the app and try again after confirming connectivity.
Prize Play may be disabled in some builds while Skillz configuration or account access is still being completed. Send a screenshot of the ready screen, the installed app version, and whether the Prize Play button was missing or disabled.
That can happen when the app cannot confirm the submission locally and falls back to Skillz-hosted results. Send the approximate UTC time, score, device, app version, and a screenshot of the result path you saw.
Delete the app, reinstall the latest build, and launch again. Include a screenshot if UI framing, heart icons, or ship visuals look incomplete after reinstalling.
Force-quit the app, reopen it, and try one clean run. If the issue repeats, include the device model, iOS version, and exactly where the game stopped responding.
