Support + Service Status

Fast help for runs, installs, and daily leaderboard issues.

Combat Corridor is built for short, repeatable runs and a live daily leaderboard. If something breaks, start here first. The support flow below covers score sync, Game Center, reinstall steps, and what to send us when a run goes sideways.

Before you report a bug

Restart the app, confirm you have a network connection, and check the leaderboard health endpoint. A full reinstall is the next step if a specific build feels stuck.

Daily leaderboard issues

If a score does not appear, include the run date, approximate UTC time, device model, and whether the game showed online scores or temporary local scores.

Best support message

Send the app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if the UI looked wrong.

Troubleshooting

Common fixes

My score did not show up online.

Check the leaderboard health link above, then reopen the game. If the problem persists, send us the run date, score, device, app version, and whether the game showed online or temporary local leaderboard mode.

Game Center did not sign in.

Make sure Game Center is enabled on the device and that you are signed into the correct Apple account in iOS Settings. If sign-in still fails, restart the app and try again after confirming connectivity.

The app looks wrong after an update.

Delete the app, reinstall the latest build, and launch again. Include a screenshot if UI framing, heart icons, or ship visuals look incomplete after reinstalling.

The game feels frozen or unresponsive.

Force-quit the app, reopen it, and try one clean run. If the issue repeats, include the device model, iOS version, and exactly where the game stopped responding.

Leaderboards

What we need to diagnose a score problem

  1. Device model and iOS version.
  2. App version shown in the installed build.
  3. Date and approximate UTC time of the run.
  4. The score you expected to appear.
  5. Whether the leaderboard was online or in temporary local mode.
